I will submit claims to these insurance companies directly.
Some plans have out of network benefits in which case you may receive reimbursement for some portion of the bill by submitting a detailed receipt/superbill that I give you. Check with your insurance provider to see if acupuncture is a covered benefit.
Many of my clients prefer to pay cash at the time of service.
